my project is using bootstrap as css formatting. I have design the page interface, but i don't know which css in bootstrap can do that outcome. how can i find the desire css ? any tool? any methodology to find out desire css in a lot of css class in bootstrap?

 Simply set aside time to lean how bootstrap works.  Since the community has no idea what you desired page means there is not way to provide assistance.
