Crystal reports did not shows static picture (Logo)

hi everyone
i am developing ASP.net 4 application in my application i am using crystal report 13.0.2000.0 in this report there is a company logo and a picture the logo and picture are static image of jpg. at design time every thing is OK and fine and according to my requirement but when i run the application the logo and the picture are not showing there and displays alternate text for pic and logo. But when i export the report to .PDF, excel or world its again OK and every thing is fine the problem i am facing in report viewer on all browser and all version.
i searched all forums but did not find the exact solution
Please help me.
my environment is ASP.net 4 Vs 2010 and C#

Well I can give you a sugesstion which e had done in our application when we faced the same issue.
Change the print mode of a report viewer to PDF and then you will be able to get the image.

Seems like this is a run time bug.
Have you installed the lastest patch of the crystal report?
Also have you checked the path of an image?

yess the lastest patch of the crystal report installed and the image pathe is correct and i use that image in my site its work fine there.
