I want to make it as Web Application so that multiple users can access it through web and can view it in Browser and the data

entered in the forms in the Browser should be updated in centralized MS-Access-DB and user can view reports from Browser.

and i have reports in one .mdb file and forms in other .mdb file.

  • Access cannot be used on the web.

It has limited options to be used inside of SharePoint which can be used in the browser.

You could write a true web application in another tool, for example Visual Studio Express Edition, and use an Access database to store the data.
