    Other people seem to have seen the same problem, and no, I can't contact the online concierge since there is no such link.

    And no, I can't find a "site feedback" link on any page either (as suggested in an earlier, similar, thread).

  • OK, this is a very long scheduled maintenance that won't be done until Monday afternoon (European time). The info is only available on the US version of the download site (not uncommon for US people to forget that there are actually people living outside of the States).

    Was anyone given a heads-up? Not me, for sure. Seriously - closing the entire site for almost a full work day (Monday)? Laughable.
