Windows 1703 (RS2) - Windows Hello login blocked by Administrator

    We have Office365 tied into an Azure AD.  We have Enterprise laptops that were quite happily logging in using Windows Hello with Windows 10 1607 (RS1).  When RS2 was applied we now get an error saying that login using Windows Hello has been disabled by the administrator.  I've found this link, but that's quite an expedition of technology and effort to try and re-enable users to use Windows Hello again.  I've looked at the AzureAD Powershell website, but cannot see any easy way to modify group policy using that.  How do we re-enable this feature so users can use Windows Hello?  It was working fine.
