    @CanBelek,

    You would have to use a binding project for this to work.

    https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/ios/advancedtopics/bindingobjective-c/ https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/android/advanced_topics/binding-a-java-library/

    However, from my personal experience trying to create bindings for OpenCV, I don't recommend it. It's a huge native library and it is not easy or trivial to bind it. I would instead investigate something like EmguCV which works with Xamarin a little easier since it's already C# DLLs.

    @John, thanks for your answer!

    I need this for my thesis project and I want to recognize rectangle and number in image. I saw EmguCv but it is cost 199$ for single developer and i cant paid this. There is free or education version of EmguCv or any other free alternative?

    @CanBelek,

    No problem!

    You'll have to contact EmguCV support to see if they can help you. I don't have any affiliation with that product.

    I believe it's free if your project is open source: http://www.emgu.com/wiki/index.php/Licensing:
