Open IIS manager, and I can see two sites, test.imsa.edu443 and test.imsa.edu80, how do I merge two sites? or do I need to merge two sites. When I go to application management, manage web application, I see only test.imsa.edu80.
I suspect you extended the web application to support ssl (test.imsa.edu443). That site should show up as an Alternate Access Mapping Zone in SharePoint. Extending to a Zone gives you a separate web.config (and web site in IIS)) but the back
end content and site structure all comes from the same content database. If that's the case you really don't need to merge the two IIS sites.
