    i keep getting this error wenn i submit my app to the marketplace:

    The application’s UI text is not localized to the targeted language English.

    i tried to do the discription of my xap in English but that did not help. 

    the language in my app is dutch but wen i upload a xap to submit it windows tells me it has detectet that its English?

    maby i just do not understand it all but can someone tell me what to do so i can resubmit my app?

    hope to get some cool feedback, thanks in advance!!!

    In your app properties from Visual Studio (right click on project's name) choose Assembly Information and then change the Neutral Language to Dutch.

    I am facing this issue as well. My app is in Norwegian, but if I set Neutral Language to Norwegian, I will get the 3008 error, and unable to submit my application. I have written several e-mails to support, but they do not reply.
