BizTalk with SSAS in tabular mode RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am working on a BI project where I need SSAS to run in the tabular mode, but when I installed BizTalk SSAS was installed in the multi dimensional mode. If I reinstall SSAS and enable Tabular, will it break BizTalk? I googled on this, but found pretty much nothing. So hopefully somebody here can answer this question...

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

From your description above, how about having two installations of SSAS in SQL Server 2014, rather than reinstall the SSAS in tabular mode.

This is the discussion about this topic: tabular mode instance vs. multidimensional mode instance
