How to change 'Baseline Work' hours in MS Project Server? RRS feed

  • Hi all,

     I can only able to change 'work' but not 'Baseline Work'. How to change 'Baseline Work' hours in MS Project Server?

  • Hi Sam,

    You need to take a new baseline to overwrite the existing one.  The option is in MS Project, select the project tab, and select the Set Baseline button.  The dialogue box is self explanatory.

  • Hi SamDany,

    You have been restricted by permissions from saving what is called a "Protected baseline" (baselines 0-5). You will to speak to your Project Server / Project Online regarding this permission. You can though save baselines 6-10.
