POBAL (LAMP) is available for testing! RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi! I have finished POBAL (LAMP, but let's go by POBAL) after a lot of hard work. You can download the file here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/tsmqk45736dkb5b/POBAL.zip

    P.S.

    The only real differences are, instead of mainl[subject::lamp]%% at the beginning, it's file[pobal]%%(with program name here). The comment is now "//" no quotes. There are working IF commands! You use IF to compare variables. (IF=,IF#,IF>,IF<)

    Example:

    file[pobal]%%test program

    $set_dog|Dog

    sout>>%What's the best animal?

    uin<<answer

    //If equal...

    IF=answer|dog

    sout>>%You got that right!

    $fin

    ENDIF

    //If not...

    IF#answer|dog

    sout>>%You are mean! Dogs are the best!

    $fin

    ENDIF

    (pretty cool, huh? It took me SOO long. Please try it out!)

    Here are some screenshots:

    Please try it out! :)

  • Just DLed POBAL.zip and viewed it:

    Maybe you should replace all %homepath% in POBAL.sb with %userprofile% as it's more exact, although it also works with %homepath% for me, in this case.

    eg. on Win7:

    echo %homepath%   ->  \Users\%username%    (Includes NO Drive)

    echo %userprofile%  -> C:\Users\%username%

    or %userprofile% = %homedrive%%homepath%
