Azure Service Now Integration

  • Hello Guys,

    I am struggling to connect my service now with Azure. So far I have added the application in my Azure tenant, and configured for auto provisioning that seems to be working fine. But what I want to achieve is resting my Azure AD users password from service now. We have service now orchestration bundle. What is paining is configuring oAuth in service-now for Azure. I have created a custom app to get the OAuth endpoints. But I am not sure which client secret I should be using. I have searched for any guidance in net but I couldn't find anything. Currently when I test my oAuth connection from service now its saying OAuth flow failed. Verify the configurations and try again. 

    Can someone guide me with this. I am not from a developer background, so not sure if I am missing anything.

  • It seems that you are having trouble configuring SSO. Suggest you to follow SAML with Service now and not Open ID Connect or OAuth.

    Follow this tutorial and you should be able to set this up.

  • Hello Sadiqh,

    This is not SSO which we are trying to configure, I need to setup OAuth client in Service now to access Azure AD, so that we can connect Azure via SN and make necessary changes. We want to run the below activity in SN for Azure. 

    Reset User Password Azure AD activity.

    But the seems not enough documentation for this. Could you please be kind enough to help me with that.
