binding dynamically generated table to ItemsControl and reading the dynamically generated textbox content

Question

I am binding datatable which is generated dynamically to ItemsControl in Grid using DataTemplate.

Datatemplate is having textblock and textbox.Textblock will bind table data and textbox will be blank.If data table is having 5 rows 5 textboxes are generated dynamically. Now the problem is how to read those textboxes and I want to process them to generate a xml file.

Here there is no database involved.
