cache single reposity for multiple application

 hi,

I used Enterprise library application cache block , i developed another application to let user refresh cache manually , two application instance use same cache application clock configuration file but editor application haven't access to main application cache.

I'm steal has problem,

 how can i force two instance of application to use same cach repository , my repositorty type is Isolated Storage.
