  • Hi Santharam,

BizTalk server configuration is an automated process. You need to go to All Programs --> Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006--> BizTalk Server Configuration. There you can fine option for BizTalk Server configuration [Apply Configuration], Export and Import configuration files. On the left side you will see all the configurable features of BizTalk. Selecting of the feature will display the status of configuration, success or failed. In case of failed you will see a failed icon, clicking of that will display the detailed error. Please try this and let us know which error you are receiving and what's the status of the configuration. Also refer BizTalk Server configuration link.
