RadioButtonList in repeater header template

Hi,

I'm trying to create a custom repeater control that has a radiobuttonlist in it's header. So far I've been able to create the repeater and the radiobuttonlist but I'm unable to retrieve the selectedvalue of the radiobuttonlist on postback. I'm pretty new to creating custom controls so any help that anyone can give me would me appreciated.
