With the unified Xbox/Windows store, if you put all your state in connected storage, isn't that de-facto Play Anywhere? Is there anything else you have to do to earn the label?
Games in the Creators Program can certainly utilize connected storage across devices - as well as features such as cross-buy, where purchasing the game on Xbox One gives the player the right
to the game on Windows 10, and vice versa. “Xbox Play Anywhere” as a marketing program is part of the enhanced marketing program that is part of the ID@Xbox program. Both the Creators Program and ID@Xbox are offerings for independent developers to bring their
creations to market on Windows 10 and Xbox One, but they provide different focuses so that you can choose the program that best makes sense for you - on a title by title basis. Check out
