Biztalk Orchestration as WCF Expose doubts RRS feed

  • Question

  • HI ALl,

We are trying to expose an orchestration as WCF-WebHTTP in a server.

So the IIS and the receive locations are creating and it's working.

Now my question here is can i have IIS deployed and in server A and biZtalk receive location in server B.

Is there any way to have two separate servers for the above?

    Thanks

  • The Isolated Receive location uses the relative path in its uri so the RL is tightly bound to the IIS on the app server.

See following screenshot where BizTalk complains that the uri configured is not relative.

SO in short, the IIS needs to be present on each app or atleast one app sever which can then process the request
