how to disable the flickering effect of the appbar ?

Question

i had windows 8 app which consists of 2 appbars , top appbar & bottom appbar, when i enabled the navigationcachemode property, the appbars are flickering while navigating between one page to another page but when i disabled the navigationcachemode property the appbars doesn't show any flickering & everything is fine, is there any solution to disable this flickering effect when navigationcachemode property is enabled ?

can i cache only the textbox controls rather than the whole page ??
