Fixed Header for gridview in Modal Popup using ajax

Question

Hi,

I am using an Ajax Modal Popup. When the popup content is more and the scrollbar appears on the screen the header is also scrolling along with the content ..
Can anyone tell me how to make the header fixed while using ajax modal popup ?
I have added a style position: relative; to the header div but no use it is still scrolling along with content div..
Please suggest.
