How to create swf on-the-fly

Hi

Presently I'm working Web based application in C# . Can I create swf on-the-fly ?

which creates a Flash slideshow from JPEG files and always on the fly.

or a silverlight carosel

I don't know the licenseing model used by swf so I'm going to say you should ask there at swf if you can create swf in c#.

I have already save particuler number of slide into .gif or wmf formats , and also get slide transition using Microsoft.Office.Interop.PowerPoint.dll.

Now i want to know how to save individual slide (with slide transition) into animated gif. means if i click the image it'll show slide image with dissolve effect.
