    This is not brain surgery.  Take a few minutes to review your code!  You have assembly references to two different Crystal Report assembly versions; 10.5.3700.0 and 13.0.2000.0.  Plus you have a reference to Windows.Forms which is odd for a web app.

    Anyway, it is up to you to manage which version of Crystal Report you are using.

    <compilation debug="true">
      <assemblies>
    	<add assembly="System.Windows.Forms, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=B77A5C561934E089"/>

    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.ReportSource, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.Shared, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.Web, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.Enterprise.Framework, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.Enterprise.InfoStore, Version=10.5.3700.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304"/>

    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Design, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692FBEA5521E1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692FBEA5521E1304"/>
    	<add assembly="CrystalDecisions.Shared, Version=13.0.2000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692FBEA5521E1304"/>
      </assemblies>
    </compilation>

    If you are updating/upgrading a web application then you'll need to take a moment to inventory of what you have currently and what assemblies require updates.  This usually means stepping back and doing a bit of analysis first so that you have a direction.  The last think you want to do is mindlessly add  DLLs to the bin directory.

    The web.config is loaded different versions of the same assemblies.  Take a moment to review the file and perhaps remove the old references.
