Dealing with special characters in SSIS RRS feed

    Hi,

        I am developing a package for a simple Text file to Table load with some lookups and updates involved.

    The issue is the source Text files have some special characters. I have attached how the special character looks in the text file and after loading into the table.

    Can you guys tell me is there anyway to remove them in SQL or SSIS?

    ?
