Why some pages not displayed Edit button?
I want it displayed as below:

Hi,
Please follow the steps below to narrow down this issue:
1.What type of pages can’t be edited?
2.Please check if this user have the full control about those pages.
3.After that, check if those pages have been published in site pages library.
As Murugesa mentioned, we suggest you use the SharePoint via IE.

Hi,
Have you tested with Chrome browser ? and also ensure these are the site pages not other types of page.
If you are using the IE, would suggest you to check the site different document mode of that page.

Gear up for some solid action by doing. Slide,theory and blog won't useful much. After all world likes only doers not sayers/speakers .
