Just want to now that going live with 2013 Exchange server will work properly or is there any Bugs that will effect my production.

  • Hi

You will need to implement exchange 2010 (SP3) first and then transition to Exchange 2013, no direct path though unless you use 3rd party to assist you.

Exchange 2013 is now on SP1 and CU5 is coming soon. As with any release there will be bugs, ones that affects others more.

  • Yes there is no direct jump from 2003 to 2013 but 3rd party tools allows you to do it.

Plus Exchange 2003  you are in a UN-supported environment and anything goes bad  Microsoft may not help you.

So the earlier is better either to 2010 or 2013. As far as bugs there are no major issues i'm aware and it iin production in many org.

How big is your environment ?
