Centre Kinect Body RRS feed

  • Hello, I want to centre the Kinect body at world space point (0,0,0). My application will be tracking a single person so i do not need the Kinect joint positions in camera space. It would be appreciate fro assistance in converting the Camera space points to centre of world-space so that the Kinect body is at the centre of my coordinate system.

  • You will have to transpose all the locations of the joints based on the SpineBase location. Not to mention you will have to correct for camera angle. There is sample code on how to calculate height which you can use as a base of creating the matrix:
