Compatibility Checker Dialog Still Appears Even If There Are No Issues RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am recreating the "convert file type to 2003 (.doc)" option in word 2010 and im using the compatibility checker to check if there are any issues which may not be able to be displayed in the converted .doc document.

At the moment I can display the compatibility checker dialog fine using - "Application.Dialogs(wdDialogCompatibilityChecker).Display" but it still displays the dialog even if there aren't any issues.

What I want to do is only display the compatibility checker dialog if there are any issues, otherwise do not display it at all. Does anyone know how I could write this in VBA?
