    I am new to developing.. Please can anybody let me know where from this namepace came from: 'ASPNET.StarterKit.TimeTracker.BusinessLogicLayer '?   I want to access its classes....

    The BLL folder has 6 files that use the Namespace you are talking about.

    How much time does a web development company need to prepare a software similar to the 'Time Tracker kit'..I know it depends on the team size but still approximately..
