TabContainer - Retain or Access data in server side code RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am not sure what a problem. My data all gone after postback. I dynamically generated tabs and table over client side. After clicking btn save. Whatever was generated was gone. Any idea that I can retain the data?

    Hi slen,

    Thanks for the post.

    According to your description, I see you add some add dynamically in the client side.

    As we all know that the http is stateless and server side will not save the state of client side data.

    If you want to the client data not disappear when post back. I think you should use the "HiddenField" control to save your client side data.

    When post back, you can recover this data from the HiddenField.
