Other users cannot submit or see office add-ins RRS feed

  • We have a developer account for our company and have submitted apps before using the global admin. 

    But we now have someone dedicated to submitting apps so we added them through the manage users interface and ensured that they were able to create new apps. 

    He clicks the office tab on the left and is presented with the following screen

    "Choose what program  you are interested in" Office or Azure

    We choose Office

    After clicking continue they are taken to a new page that says Get started with Office Sellers Dashboard - Sign Up Now

    and when we click sign up now we are taken to the accounts settings page which does us no good. 

    Thoughts ideas? We have tried the users organizational account ...@company.com and their personal live ID account ...@live.com

  • a.) Where is this new location

    b.) looking at the bread crumb I am in apps for office and sharepoint -> publishing apps for office to the store
