Entity Framework error RRS feed

  • Error 2 Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Data.Tools.Schema.Sql, Version=11.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies.

    Error 1 Encountered an error hydrating the EDMX file 'Model1.edmx'.

    I have Northwind database on sql server 2008 ,visual studio 2010 ultimate,installed sp1,SSDT(sql server data tools)

    Please help me!!?

  • Thanks all,

    i had removed all visual studio products programs,also includes vs11 and downloaded again.

    this problem is not occuring now,

    but i tried a lot to solve without removing them.

    This problem is solved.

    Welcome to MSDN Forum.

    The problem is what the error said, please try to make sure the assembly has already installed in your computer correctly. About Error1, there's lots of reasons can lead errors in .EDMX file, so please clarify what the steps you did, then I can help you to look for the cuase of the issue.

  • You answer is a bit hard to follow and confusing. I am having the same problem, can you please clarify the steps you took to fix it and if there is anything you had to install is there a link to it?
