How can I make a CUSTOMIZED Start tile for a webpage that opens in Internet Explorer's app/ metro interface (NOT the desktop)?

Question

I know how to use Oblytile to make custom tiles for websites but they all open in desktop mode.
For example, if I don't like the default tile they made for Youtube and I wanted to use a custom image, what would I do to use this custom graphic, and also allow the tile to open up in the metro interface version of internet explorer?

I actually already did, but for some reason this moderator told me to repost the question here.

I think that moderator is a bit confused :-) Bottom line is you cannot create tiles for the Start Screen. You could create some sort of app to launch IE but even then the choice of which browser to open is made by the user only.
