FTP site to Azure Blob File Transfer-2019 RRS feed

  • Question

  • The above question already ask in 2014 but considering the recent improvement in logic apps, is that the only option or can it be done in any other way effectively for large number of files both in size as well as count of files?

  • Yes, you can use Azure Logic Apps to transfer files from FTP into your Azure Blob Storage. You can follow the steps to use the FTP connector as described here. You can also refer the suggestions mentioned here by using C#. There are external solutions that provide direct FTP and SFTP access to Azure Blob storage such as FTP2Azure.

You can also move data from an FTP server by using Azure data factory. For detailed information, you can refer here. See if this helps you.
