I don't know about books but there is a great web cast that has some good info on cache stress:

So you're asking about ASP.NET caching right? If you don't need a whole book but maybe just 1 good chapter, you can buy a PDF version of just Chapter 23: Caching from Professional ASP.NET 3.5. Scott Hanselman wrote that chapter, it's about 30 pages and sells for $4.99 US at the wrox.com link I gave. Hope this helps.
