Unable to receive SMS to create Office 365 subscription RRS feed

  • I am attempting to set up an Office 365 developer subscription, but I get to the step when it tries to send me an SMS, and I get an error "We're unable to send the code to that number. Please provide a valid cell phone number and try again."

    I am using a valid United Kingdom phone, and normally have no problem receiving SMS. Has anyone else had similar issues?
