"Account pending approval" RRS feed

  • Hi guys,

    We submitted an Outlook add-in 2 weeks ago, but it's been stuck in the pending state ever since. No idea how to escalate, as the support channels take me to dead-ends. Does anyone know how long it can take? Or whether there's something we can do to speed it up?
