An unhandled win32 exception occurred in xx.exe [8672] RRS feed

  • Question

  • Has anyone run into error "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in xx.exe [8672]" when reindexing FoxPro program files on a network? I also have a copy of this program running on my C Drive, and I can reindex files any number of times (on the C Drive)without getting an error. The same program running on a network will sometimes reindex files without giving the above referenced error and sometimes it throws the error. If you have run into this error, could you tell me what you did to correct the problem?

  • >reindex foxpro program files

    ?

You reindex dbfs (tables), which results in rewriting their CDXes.

Is xx.exe an EXE done with VFP?

    Bye, Olaf.
