No Online Item Templates

Question

I'm working on a Windows 8.1 app in Visual Studio Express 2013, and I'm trying to import a Share Target Contract item template (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/windows/apps/hh758330#share_target_contract_item_template), but when I go to Add Item and select "Online", it says "No items available for Templates."  If I do a search for "Share Target Contract" it says "No items found."  How do I fix this so I can see online templates?

Hi zoomzoom9,

Before trying to find the template online, could you make sure that your machine has been upgraded to win8.1 update 1 and VS2013 has update2 patched up?

I've verified I'm running Windows 8.1 Update 1 and just updated to VS 2013 Update 2, but I'm still having the same issue.
