Need URL for Mobile Bing Maps RRS feed

  • Question

  • I would like to link a mobile app to bing maps in the mobile browser.   I want the link to bring up Pharmacies in the user's proximity.   If I am on Bing Maps in my mobile browser I can search for the term "Pharmacy" and it correctly shows Pharmacies in my area.  Works just great.

However, if I look at the URL, it contains the geo coordinates of my location, but of course I don't want to pass these in my link because I want the results to use the GPS on each user's device.   So I would like to just pass the search parameter "Pharmacy" and have m.bing.com use the GPS coordinates of the user.

Is there a URL I can pass that will do this.   I tried:

    http://m.bing.com/maps/home?q=pharmacy

but this didn't work.  Bing did not use the GPS on the mobile device.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
