Delimiter for build.exe in WEC7 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi everybody,

    I have a problem about build.exe. As you might know in WinCE6 if you write

    SOURCES = a.cpp \

       b.cpp \

       c.pp

    in your sources file , build.exe builds a.cpp, b.cpp and c.cpp one by one in command prompt.

    However in WEC7, build.exe builds a.cpp, b.cpp and c.cpp in the same command prompt which will cause command line is too long error(NMAKE Fatal Error U1095) if you use lots of c or cpp files.

    One solution can be seperate .c /.cpp files and linked together but i don't want this.

    I believe there should be a delimiter for build.exe in WEC7( '/' does not work), did you experience this issue? if yes how did you solve it ?

    Thanks,

    Bugra
