Backing up my SQL database

I created an website on azure. I also created a database with the quick sql database wizard.

I want to work on my db schemmas but I need to ensure that my database is backed  up. I know Azure team help in backing up database based on how I created it.

but I dont know how to access this back up.

Thanks Boss,

This was quite helpful. I already have an Azure Storage account that I use to store images for my web application. can I use that same account to store my database. Or should I create another for database backup. Which is advisable and more secured.
