Azure AD stuck between regular AD and AD B2C RRS feed

  • Question

  • From: Chris Houdeshell @choudeshell via Twitter

I have an AD stuck between being a regular AD and an AD B2C. It is refusing to be deleted; there are no apps but it says there is.

    Thanks,

  • There seems to be a number of small issues related to Azure Directory B2C. The two immediate issues that I face are:

    • Once an Azure Directory B2C directory is created; it cannot be deleted.
    • Inability to create policies due to "checkmark" table row not being selectable.

  • Can you look at this article for issues related to your newly created directory: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/active-directory-b2c-support-create-directory/

"Delete B2C tenant" is a known limitation (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/active-directory-b2c-limitations/) at this time.

"Create policy" has a bug that was discovered this morning PST. It should be fixed within the next few hours. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    >> We discovered this issue today and just released a fix. Please try again, it should be working now.
