After using connection, please always close, and when you need then reconnect.

Main problem is that if object is not disposed than connection pooling goes to out of limit so it is throw error. So always close/ disposed connection object after complete your process.

This is a permissions issue.  You need to give the user (ASPNET account in XP Pro, or NETWORK SERVICE on Windows Server 2003/8) MODIFY permissions on the folder that the database is in.  That will solve the problem.

However, you should also use OleDb, not ODBC for Access.  Otherwise other problems may occur. http://www.connectionstrings.com/access
