No. Windows Store apps cannot affect the system in that way. They can affect only themselves.

Hi Rob,
I am looking for MDM features which are available for Windows RT devices. Especially for Enterprise App Mart.
Thanks,
JJ

That sort of feature is built in to the OS, but is not available to apps. Windows Store apps cannot affect the system outside of the app itself, and the features you are talking about greatly affect the system.

That blog is talking about Windows Phone 8.
The Windows Store apps Forums are about writing Windows Store apps for Windows 8 and Windows RT. For Windows Phone questions please post in the Windows Phone Development Forums

Hi Rob,
Is there any Microsoft documentation/published information on how to implement the MDM features which are inbuilt in to OS?
If so, in what way can we approach to get that information.
Regards,
Mohan. R
