Meta keywords Vs Keywords Vs Enterprise Keywords

Question
-
I have created a brand new site collection of type enterprise wiki 2013. And when I checked its built-in site columns I found three column related to keywords:-
- Meta keywords
- Keywords
- Enterprise Keyword
Now I am not sure what are the differences between these site columns. ?
Second question. Inside the default “Enterprise wiki ” content type I will get two columns; meta keywords and meta description. But those are not displayed inside the create/edit forms nor inside the page layout. So why they exists inside the CT , but are not visible inside the forms and page layouts ?

Hi John,
I made a copy of Editform page in a page library and set it as default, then I remove the original web part and insert the "Edit Item Form" from Designer ribbon button, then save the page, these two fields are displayed on this custom editform page, you can create a custom one for a test.
These two columns "Meta Keywords" and "Meta description" are on "Edit SEO Properties" page (i.e. url is http://site/_layouts/15/SEOProperties.aspx?Source=xxxx), which will save their values in html "Meta" tag, this particular tag is used and recognized by public search engine(e.g. bing, google, etc.), it seems public search enginees don't use them (or use them rarely like this post mentioned) .
Here are more informaiton about the SharePoint SEO feature and meta tag, you can take a look.

Hi John,
The "Meta keywords" and "meta description" are used for search SEO, we can click "Edit SEO Properties" on the enterprise wiki page ribbon button as below to find these two columns.
For Keywords and Enterprise Keywords, here are two articles talking about this, you can take a look.

Edit:
Add another blog article about this topic.

If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact tnmff@microsoft.com.thanks for the reply, but now if i want to create a new custom edit form using SharePoint designer, the two columns named "Meta keywords" and "meta description" will not be shown. so is there a specific reasons for noy showing these 2 columns inside the edit forms ?
second question. what are the differences between adding certain text inside the wiki page body and between adding the same text as a metadata keyword or as a metadata description ? will SP search gives highest priority to any of these ?

Hi John,
Have you tried to insert the web part in a custom editform.aspx via SharePoint Desinger like above, and check results?
If you need more help on this, please feel free to let us know.
