Unable to Activate my MSDN Subscription

Question
-
Last week Friday (May 28, 2010) I was informed by e-mail that my MSDN Subscription was ready to be activated. I went to the site, logged in and filled out the information provided in the email to complete the activation, such as my name, email address and subscriber ID information just as it was written in the email. I then read the End User License Agreement, accepted it and clicked OK, waited, then received the following error message. This was Friday night by the way: Sorry, we were unable to service your request. I thought ok, maybe the site is down for maintenance since it was late in the evening anyway. I tried again Sunday evening and received the same error message. I thought maybe its something to do with the week end. I tried again this morning and received the same error message. Is there something I can do to overcome this error message? Thank You.

Hi H.Anh,
Your Subscriber ID comes through email after you complete the purchase of a subscription, or after your VL Manager at your company adds you to your company's VL agreement.
If the above has happened and you can't find the email in your inbox or your spam folder, contact MSDN Subscriptions Customer Service for assistance. Their contact information is posted here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/aa948875.aspx
hope this help you
Regards,
Gautam
