Using an ocx without a form - InvalidActiveXStateException RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm receiving this exception - InvalidActiveXStateException - when trying to use a third-part ocx inside my program, I need to instantiate it without plugin it on a winform.

    Thanks for any help.

  • Don't manipulate the control until its window is created.  The form's or user control's Load event is a good place.
