Applied for Bizspark no Response, Been 3 weeks RRS feed

  • I applied for a new Bizspark account using my hotmail account. I raised a support ticket and still no response after 3 weeks. My email is jaybhatty@hotmail.com   As a start up entrepreneur, I need to know whether my Bizspark account is approved or not. At this point, even if its approved, i have not been informed. I also have serious concerns about the response time to help tickets. If Im on the Bizspark program and ever initiate a help ticket, waiting for several days is never an option. How does Bizspark justify such service levels?
