  • Hello Shaun,

    Thank you for posting here!

On which region, have you hosted your Web Apps?

When you say, “The Azure Portal is not working”, does this issue only occur on Azure Portal? Do other websites work fine?

Do you recall making any changes prior to this issue?

If you haven’t tried these steps already, kindly give this a shot:

Just to isolate any issue with the browser/or your network itself, please try the below steps:

    1. You may clear the cache/cookies and then check if that makes any difference.
    2. Test it on a different browser. Also, check on a different system/network.

Also, have a look at this page which gives instruction on investigating Kudu issues that occur in Azure Web Sites:
https://github.com/projectkudu/kudu/wiki/Investigating-issues  Make sure things work outside of Kudu and Azure Web Sites.

Hope this points you in the right direction!

    Regards,
    Ajay

That suggestion is outside of the scope of the problem I am experiencing.

  • Hi Shaun,

It looks like the API back-end was having some issues last night which is why you were seeing time outs in the UI.  Could you try again and let us know if you're still seeing the problem please?

    Thanks,
    Elliott

  • The problem is still occurring on multiple browsers and in private windows. Clicking on Deployment options changes the title of the blade but does not open the Deployment options blade.

(Please also keep in mind that additional, unrelated problem of seven of our sites being down.)

  • Hi Shaun,

Sorry you're still running into issues with this.  I can see the timeouts you're experiencing in our back-end logs and will try to get some of the right people involved.

    Thanks,
    Elliott
