How to attach a 3rd party compare/merge tool to Microsoft Git Provider (VS 2013)? RRS feed

    Both TFS and AnhkSVN (subversion plugin) have options to specify 3rd party tools for file comparison and merging. When Microsoft Git Provider is enabled, none of the options are available. Is there any way to use 3rd party tools, such as DevArt CodeCompare, instead of VS standard compare tool?

    Hi,

    There is no way to specify third-party tools for comparison and merging when we work with Microsoft Git Provider in VS2013.
